You are under no obligation to disclose any personal information to us at any time. However, some features of the website need some personal information to work, such as the Email Services. In the process you may be asked to give your name, e-mail address, address, etc. for the purpose of these services. You may also receive emails from other club members. MemberNova does not control the frequency or content of member-generated emails. The emails may contain a banner advertisement at the top, however this will be clearly marked as an advertisement.

MemberNova is committed to protecting your personal information and has developed policies and procedures to ensure our compliance with our own Security and Privacy Policy and with applicable Federal and Provincial laws.
We also understand your concerns about online security and we do our best to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of information under our control. Will MemberNova share my information?
When you voluntarily provide MemberNova with personally identifiable information online, that information is kept within the MemberNova family of web site(s) and will not be shared or distributed to our affiliates, partners, sponsors or advertisers.
What if I want to view or update my personal information, or want you to stop using or retaining my information?
You may, at any time, view and update any of your personal information. Your association's site administrator can delete your profile at your request as well, although that would result in you no longer being able to access your profile. You can also manage your communication preferences to control whether you want to allow us to continue to send you any email updates relevant to you or your organization.
